Can anyone help me with statistics? I'm hopelessly lost

I have an exam on monday in psychological research methods and statistics. I'm trying to work on problems now but I'm having alot of trouble with my calculator; it's a SHARP EL-W506 (very similar to SHARP EL-W531 which is alot more common). I'm trying to complete a problem- a one-way repeated measure ANOVA.

THE QUESTION: I have a list of participants scores under 3 different conditions. I don't know how to complete the test statistic on my calculator because the independent variable has 3 levels and I don't know how to input the data in the right way to work out the various derivatives that I need to input in the statistical equations.

Can anybody help me? I'd be forever in your debt. I can provide any details of the question/calculator
