    just looking for advice on weight gainers I used mass xxl a few years ago and it did work.what would you recommend?

    I have no experience with this sort of supplement, but would you consider peanut butter or some other nut based products? Packs of nuts / almonds perhaps? Very high calorie and a tastier (and cheaper) way towards reaching your goals imho!

    I'd recommend making your own.

    Pile some- full fat milk, peanut butter, banana, oats, 1 TBsp of olive/coconut oil and whey protein into a blender and mix up.

    Add honey or whatever you want.
    Massive amount of calories and better than any mass gainer out there!

    Meats, especially the fatty ones, for protein... but make sure to balance it out with fruits and veggies. Lay off the fatty sugar stuff, like the donuts, brownies and sodas. Sodas are NOT healthy, will attribute to bad skin and sugars will age your skin
