Programming question

    Probably a pretty moronic thread but I'm clueless when it comes to programming. For the last few months I've been running a pretty simple routine consisting of
    A/ Squat, bench, dl, core
    B/ Front squat, press, row, core. 3x per week.

    (Also cycling 20km roundtrip 5x p/w)

    I'm on a long term cut so obviously progress has been slow but I'm really enjoying the training and feel it helps keep me on the straight and narrow re. my diet. My gym is right beside the college I attend and I'm in there 5 days a week so what I was wondering was, if I have access to the gym 5 days a week could I break this routine up over 5 days and if so how would I go about programming it? Or would I just be better to leave it as 3x p/w?
