    hi folks
Would any one have a view on the use of Tec 7 instead of sikaflex for sealing acrylic (plexiglass) windows in a boat? Whatever I use i would like the windows to be sealed and to stay sealed for the next few years ! So a sealant which stays some bit flexible and doesnt degrade would be preferable.

Hi orion50, the tec7 is great stuff and should have no problem sealing your windows it's also a good bonding agent so it might be a bit tougher to remove you windows next time. :D

    Fergal,

Thanks - I've one window done and it seems to have sealed perfectly ( tested it with a watering can!). was wondering if the seal will stay good if the windows flex and if the sealant gets stiffer with age if it will still seal well.
