Is the punching bag good for fitness? Does it act as a cardio workout?
Anyone have any opinions on it?

1.) no, contrary to what some believe, the punchbag alone is not a cardio workout. I have a punchbag at home, and im not losing a bit of weight at the moment.
2.) Lot of people have opinions on it.

if you have any other semblence of a thought, dont be shy to start a thread about it.

it can be a great workout tool if you know how to use it correctly, main point being learn to throw proper punches to avoid injury
