Just happened across a series on RTE 1 from 10.45 to 11.15 (Sunday) called "On the Fly" This weeks is about a cook trying to catch Bass on the fly down in Kerry. Even better, the past episodes are available on the RTE player http://www.rte.ie/player/ie/search/?q=on%20the%20fly
