Even with dragons, others, white walkers and magic children of the forest, the most unrealistic aspect of GoT's is the amount of really, really ridiculously good looking people in it. Take Daenerys. The Targaryens have been wedding brother and sister for 300 hundred years so at the very least she should have webbed hands and feet at this stage but she is one of the hottest women on the show. It's an unbelievable aspect that I'm more than happy to overlook though
