44 points. Up to a provisional 6,000th in the world.

If only I had put Begovic in my team and had the balls/foresight to put Nelsen in there.

    40 from Johnson (c) 14, Michu 12, Nelson 7, shawcross 6 and Mignolet 1.
Happy enough, I hope Johnson can add another goal or assist Tuesday to make it a very good week.

Got 43 today even without heeding all the wisdom here and captaining Michu. Still have 6 to play, including my captain LeFondre again, so hoping to break about 65. Nearly top 3000 in the world

36pts with 8 to play. Bit disappointed, have Cameron on the bench, would be nice if Fletcher or Ba don't make it or at least grab a goal if they do.

I'm probably a point or 2 ahead of you Jimmy, 5,812th. Although I've another 6 to come off the bench in Clark so realistically I'm about 4,000th.

Hopefully a strong performance from Enrique and Sterling tomorrow will bump me even further! Probably about 25 points off the top 1,000, aiming to close this gap over the next few weeks, would be nice to crack it before Christmas.

James "2 points" McCarthy as my first sub.
Don't get fit Fletcher ya fecker!

The Boards gang seem to have done very well today, average is 23, everyone here seems to have done much better, I have 33 with Caulker, Fellaini, Sterling, Dempsey, Van Persie and Berbatov(C) to go. Sorry I didn't captain Michu, I just didn't see him producing 2 multi goal games in a row, Delighted with Puncheon, he is a serious player, also had a goal wrongly disallowed I think

Watching RTE MOTD now, Torres looked sharp today, wish now I had stuck it out with him

46 points from 5 players and captaining Michu has worked out very nicely. He's proving to be FF Gold and I'd say nearly every active player will have him if he keeps his run going.

Puncheon had a goal ruled out for no reason and could have had 2 assists had it not been for woeful finishing. Still though, 11 points for 4.5 mid is great!

FFS reckon Morrison for Reading got injured today. Anyone know why Gorkks didn't 't even make the subs bench?

I was hoping he might get a few minutes Tuesday night.

29 from 4 inc captain sessegnon.. Can't complain too much.

    Nelson on the bench tho..

Sess to get the chop after this gameweek I reckon. Wasn't expecting him to score well today however so counting on a decent game v reading..

Yea. By using my amateur detective skills I think you're 3 points ahead of me.

I said I'd settle for a top 100k spot at Christmas and then kick on from there. I never, ever imagined that I'd be doing this well so early in the season. I'm getting nosebleeds. I usually don't get up this high in the rankings until around March.

Not a great day compared to others. 29 from 4 but Michu accounted for 24 of them.

The Villa/Stoke snooze fest killed me as I started Jussi ahead of Begovic and all my Ml rivals had 2 defenders in the game.

Begovic Clark Puncheon and Shawcross on the bench. On 31 because of captain Michu though!

Ouch. Definitely should have played at least 1 Stoke defender though

Hindsight is great! Went with Cuellar over Shawcross. Riise and Enrique and Jaask still to play.

Cuellar could reward us yet. Here's to a 0-0 snore fest on Tuesday!

got bang on the average from 3 players. usually 23 from 3 would be excellent but anyone who's at the right end of any tables has michu.

michu is vc if fletcher doesn't play but i suspect he will.

begovic 7 and nelson 7 on the bench, doubt nelsen will come in, begovic definately won't (jussi in goals)

Is garrido (norwich) still taking set pieces?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,290 ✭✭✭Oregano_State

33 points from 5 players, with bonus points to come. Shawcross coming in was a good move seemingly.

Could end up being a mistake not captaining Michu, but RVP has had it for ages and he's been going well so I'm not going to be taking it off him without serious consideration.

Am heavily invested in the manchester derby tomorrow. Hopefully the aforementioned Dutch-man, Evra and Rafael do the business.

I took an 8 point hit this week to finally get Fellaini into my team along with Cuellar and Schneiderlin.

Then Bale got injured and I decided to swap him for Michu for another 4 point hit.

So a 12 point hit for the week which Michu wipes out straight away!

32 for the week with Cuellar (who i captained...),Evans,Fellaini, Ba, Defoe and RVP to play.

53 points so far :) changed michu to captain this morning from sessegnon which worked out nicely . RVP tevez fellaini cueller sessegnon and rafael still to play ! looking like a 70 point week . up to 21000 place overall in the world

Ah it's oh so refreshing when you get the captaincy call right for a change. Thank you, Michu.

I was considering putting it on Cazorla up to the last minute but went with common sense over gut instinct. Worked out for me this time.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 262 ✭✭narfsnonsense

47 with Sterling, Fellini, Tevez and RVP to go, although Im hoping one doesn't start as I have Mc Carthy on the bench. Midweek points from Cuellar and Shorey too so should be a good enough week for me.

Having my best year by far. A good 40+ points clear in both my leagues for the last month at least and around the 1,200 rank at the minute. I know its early days, but Im fairly chuffed that there's about 20 of my mates raging that they are being beaten by a girl!
