    Cowboys @ Bengals
    Chiefs @ Browns
    Titans @ Colts
    Bears @ Vikings
    Eagles @ Bucs
    Ravens @ Redskins
    Falcons @ Panthers
    Jets @ Jaguars
    Chargers @ Steelers
    Dolphins @ 49ers
    Cardinals @ Seahawks
    Saints @ Giants
    Lions @ Packers
    Texans @ Patriots Monday

Looks like another great week. I think this week could be key to alot of teams. Hopefully the Colts can win, but I see both the Bengals and Steelers winning too. Monday night will be a cracker and cant wait for tonight to see #18 seal another MVP!

    SNF and MNF look good

And we have the Battle of the Beltway!!

    Don't think I'll bother with the Broncos-Raiders.

    Easy win for Denver.

Ya I feel Denver will win well, could push for #2 AFC seed with a win!

Broncos defence has been too consistent for a unit with its recent history, tonight may very well be another game that ends up being a shootout for the Broncos, and the Raiders have just as much experience slinging it this season. Could be interesting.

Manning's great but I think Comeback Player of the Year and maybe Offensive Player of the Year are all he deserves right now.

With RG3's recent wins he's vaulted over Luck for Rookie of the Year in my eyes but I honestly believe right now he's the league MVP too. Being a rookie probably makes it less likely people will vote for him when it comes down to it but my word has he turned the Redskins into something special. He's Cam Newton last year with better pocket presence and a play-off contending record. If the Redskins can make the play-offs I'd have to give my vote to him.

I agree, Palmer has already put up big yards and scores this year but I'm expecting Broncos to pull away in the second half!

I know RG3 has the stats but do you not think the Colts were alot worse off then the Skins at the start of the year? They are both great but I'm with Luck.

I feel Manning can make a big statement for MVP tonight but Brady could outdo him on Monday night!

You're right on that. I'm torn really. Luck is so clearly everything and more of what he was hyped to be and that last play drive on Sunday was as clutch any any palyer can ever hope to be.

RG3's just such a box office physical talent beyond that when it comes down to trying to split them those times RG3 scrambles around in the pocket like an olympic hurdler and either delivers the ball on a dime or runs for 70 yards (!) himself stick in the mind.

You know, if anything stops RG3 or even Luck (even if his stats don't look as brilliant it's obvious to see how much of an impact he's made) being taken seriously as an MVP candidate it may well be each other. Neither one is able to wrestle the headlines for long enough to soak up votes because the other guy does something special the next week.

Cant agree with this more, that is so accurate. They should be in contention but sadly wont, they have years left yet to dominate though. I'd say it comes down to manning vs brady as usual lol

If anyone had asked me at the start of the season what would I be saying about #18 this week it woulda been 'I miss you!'....but thankfully I don't have to say that!! :D

Loving this so far. Only 13 points but if the line could get its **** together soon we'll kill them.

Blowing the game up our holes now, what's new

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,174 ✭✭✭✭kmart6

Have to wonder why I'm still up considering the fact that this game has been so bad that I have just been watching stuff on my laptop for the majority of it!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,299 ✭✭✭spiralism

Nothing much to write home about but that'll do. Always nice to sweep the old enemy handily though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,146 ✭✭✭Morrisseeee

It's another win, but the offense is still stuttering !
RedZone efficiency: 2-7 29%, and Goal-to-go 1-3 33% is not good reading. We also had 37min of possession.
That kind of 'production' won't be good enough against better opposition, especially next week !!
On a positive note, Moreno had 119yds & a TD, so fair play to him, and our D was pretty solid.
Looking at it another way, I'd rather hit form in the playoffs than crush weak teams in a meaningless way in the regular season.

Oh Brother, another awful result and still no positive signs of progress by Oakland. Its gonna be an interesting off-season.......oh hang on its the Raiders we're talking about, more false dawns and more seasons in the wilderness.

Another win for the Broncos pushing them to second seeds so not a bad night for them. Not overly impressed though but know next week will be a cracker.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,224 ✭✭✭✭SantryRed

ESPN and NBC will be sweating on a Jets win this week as the Jets are MNF(Titans) next week and SNF(Chargers) the week after :pac:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,966 ✭✭✭Syferus

That SNF game is as good as optioned out, it's only a matter of what game they replace it with.

Niners @ Hawks seems the best bet, Giants @ Ravens is the only other real option. Shame one of Pats/Niners and Broncos/Ravens couldn't have been that week instead, both games deserve prime time

Fully agree both very worthy, both I would lean towards Broncos @ Ravens!

Looking like the SNF game has a decent chance of been played under a covering of snow!
Also tempetures of around 0 degrees in Green Bay tomorrow night.

    Frozen tundra indeed:)

Rain and a wet field in Landover

There will be no quick bursts and long runs from RGIII today!

    Go Ravens

Ravens will still probably ask Flacco to throw it 50 times though :pac:

1st play, Peterson runs for 50 yards.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

Really don't think we've enough to overturn that call. Ball was moving a bit but I'd be surprised if we get the decision.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,719 ✭✭✭polaris68

TD Vikes. 80 yd drive, Peterson ran 70 of them.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,710 ✭✭✭✭Paully D

Going to be a long day for the Ravens I think :(

Now here's someone who should be in the MVP, or at least the offensive player of the year, discussion. I think the ACL injury just made him angry and he's taking it out on everyone else this year.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 51,342 ✭✭✭✭That_Guy

Why do we continue to run the ball when we are so crap at it?
