    Sauna.

    The steam room sometimes gets to steamy and you cant see all the lovely ladies.

    Are either of them good for you at all? I feel cleansed and good etc afterwards but are there any health benefits? I usually sauna first, hang around a bit, then steam it up. Unfortunately mine are single sex so just get to look at naked men, penises etc.
