    Hi,
    Our neighbours are having problems accessing their Tesco shopping online using IE 8. I have tried to help by resetting the computer to a previous date; updating Java; getting a new browser: Firefox; changing their security settings, changing the clock; making sure all adds-on were enable.
    I have run out of ideas. Is there anything else you can think of that might help to solve their issue?
