    Where in Galway are you?

There's the Baily Point Physio & Sports Injury Clinic in Salthill, Emer Collins in Oranmore or Jane Ann Healy in Athenry that I can recommend.

For deep tissue massage or dry needling / electro stimulus I go to Greg MacClean in Kilcolgan (formerly Oranmore)

Its similar in principle to acupuncture. By inserting fine needles into muscles and manipulating the needle you trigger the muscle to twitch which helps draw fresh blood supply into damaged tissues but also released seratonin which helps with releasing muscle spasm.

Have a look on google or you will find Greg's website which gives a lot of information on treatments. (Dont know if allowed post links here. Mod?)

Try any of the Physios in Physio4U in the Orantown centre. I've always found them very good, particularly Eimear, Aileen and Ruth have been good with my back.
