    Hi all,

from the Naas area and wondering can anyone recommend a coach for big lifts, most importantly the snatch/ power clean!

Am aware Niall and Dominic Munnelly are over the road and have a seriously cool set up but they are full and theyve no places currently! Will be hoping to get in there soon though!

    Thanks for the help

Crossfit West Dublin is in Celbridge and teaches those lifts, has 2 lifting platforms in addition to the Crossfit facilities, and will be hosting the Womens Open in April 2013 and possibly the Leinster open in July.

Whatever your thoughts about Crossfit and what some people say about it Id suggest you go along and have a look for yourself, see what you think of it.
I've been a member there for nearly a year and cant recommend it highly enough.
