Squat flexibility

    Hey all,

    Looking for advice on improving squat form. Basic problem I think I have is very tight calves so at the bottom of a squat I am quite bent over. Can anything be done to improve this or am I just stuck with what genetics gave me? Basically wondering if I will get measurable benefits from targeted stretching on the calves? I do stretch before workout but is 5min before a session 2/3 times a week really going to make much difference? Appreciate any recommendations.
