I dropped by here at lunch with a friend that was interested in getting some one on one sessions.

Buzzed at the gate and somebody came out to us, after a moment she let us through the gate (at first she seemed happy enough to talk through it). That was as far as we got, my friend asked about sessions, prices etc.. all the time outside in an alley way. Seemed to me to be very poor customer service.

Can anybody recommend a decent trainer in town that values new customers for me to pass on to him?

....so she answered the gate, talked to your friend, answered all his questions, and you're saying it was bad customer service?

Sorry, should be more specific.

Answers were all vague, no details given on how to book or proceed.. when asked he was told to look them up online. Hard to put into works but the whole experience seemed like a PFO.

Just go up to Kieran Hegarty in Raw. Makes a lot more sense.

Just had a look at the website, your man doesn't look in that great condition(better than me), but I see a lot of bodybuilders and even lads that work in gyms around were I live and work and they are in much better shape than him...Well form what I can see on the website

Dude's an ex-bodybuilder and regularly competes in Ironmans. Say what you want about his business/coaching - but you can't question his own ability.

Just said from the pictures he doesn't look that great...also from earlier post got the impression that he was still competing as a body builder

Rosanna, Glenda, Keith Duffy and some random fat man. In terms of motivation to sign up those lads certainly don't inspire much by way of expected results. You'd only go to perve on Rosanna and not that northside bint.

I know him from Unique Physique , hes sound in fairness , pretty helpful. He's signed up for IM Austria this year.

Yes, great doorman too.. He also has a background in Shotokan karate (dan grade), so he's pretty handy.

We worked and trained together for years, Paul is a sound bloke.
