    The Jamie Oliver, fantastic fish pie is great. I tend to double/treble the vegetable quantity but that's a personal preference.

    Add onions. garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes or herbs for flavour.
    Also hard boiled egg or little bits of bacon.
    Cheese or parsley sauce before topping with potato.

    I love using up odd bits and pieces and leftovers then topping with mashed potato, it's a good way of making a simple one dish meal for one or for a family. It's a bit of a surprise pie, economical and tasty.
