Either way it was not 8 degrees in south Dublin while it was snowing last night, i'd say it's because I turned it on in work, maybe it averaged in the room temp before I walked out of work.

Just pedal harder as they say .
I actually use a pair of Sportful thermal bib shorts with Lidl leg warmers under. Not really warm combination, but it is grand for my 30-ish cycle each way (home to work).
