Help with nutrition and diet

    Hi,

    I just wanted some help, I do step aerobics and spin classes, the excercising is fine but i haven't a clue about nutrition and diet, what should eat before & after workout outs, and what foods are good for protein, carbohydrates etc. Is there a book or anything anyone can recommend ???

    Post up your current diet and someone can direct you.

    Oh and add in some resistance training.

    breakfast - bannana, cereal,
    snacks - fruit,
    lunch crackers with ham or brown bread with chicken & a yoghurt
    dinner, veg with chicken, small boiled potatoe/ soup / stew
