want to gain weight and muscle

    so so im 21 male but only 5ft 7. I weight around the 10 stone mark and can never gain weight. I had it up to 11 stone once but seemed to lose it again. I think my biggest problem is that i just never have a big appitite. for example in the morning all i could eat might be two slices of toast or a tea and scone etc but thats the case if i was up early in the morning eg 8am. If i left breakfast until around 10.30 I probably could manage a full fry. For lunch its normally a chicken roll with a half litre of milk and a bar of choclate for dessert. Then have the dinner in the evening when I get home from college. here it would be a piece of meat and a few vegtables and maybe two potatoes and maybe an ice cream or a few buiscuits something for dessert.

    I am lazy when it comes to making things for myself which is another factor. I love milk- would drink maybe a litre to a litre in a half a day but i find anymore than this and im going to the toilet alot.
    went to the gym last year and grew my biceps a bit but they shrink back to nothing again the following day. not joined it anymore but have bought myself weights and weight bench and might go on that twice a week but what I really need to do is put on more weight and grow upper body (muscle). Any advice?

    also have tried whey before and it nearly made me vomit unless it was a queer brand that i had so thats out. Also im not terribly gone in pasta or nuts.

    Eat more, and some more. Count your calories. How many calories do you eat in a normal day?

    You say your biceps grew but shrunk the next day. Welcome to the world of lifting. You can't expect big results in short space of time. Muscle building takes months and years! You have to be eating at a calorie surplus and lifting to gain muscle.

    Protein shakes won't help you get big to speak if you aren't eating right.
