Can you get a heart attack/stoke from sleeping in a cold room with the window open? Even if the body is kept warm would breathing in cold air overnight affect your health?

You could get both while sleeping but I would be guessing life style to be the cause rather than a cold room,

there would be exceptions to this, sudden heart failure in young people and strokes caused by unforeseen blood cloths,

I do know a few people who have died from both, more times than not they would of lived a very up and down life style. Some people say it is the best way to go (in your sleep)
