Anyone done the GetStrong programme? Thoughts?

    Thinking of starting a new programme, I was going to go back to Starting Strength (which I did in '10) but this looks good too.

    Looks very similar to the strong lifts 5x5 program except less sets. Strong lifts I've had very good success with in the past but it's important to make sure you don't get too ahead of your self and ramping up the weight too quickly! Also worth your while getting someone to run through the exercises with u to ensure proper form is being used etc. quite easy to get injured when starting a new program like this one.
