Yes indeed he was. I think some drivers get a real kick out of it. Brightens up their day. Happened to me once while living in England and I lashed the back of his bus with my hurley because he slowed down but then didnt stop!! Maybe he was afraid of the hurley. Used to get some right looks when I carried it on the bus / train / tube over in London.
