    hey..
    Can anyone tell me a bit about maximuscle cyclone? Does it pile on the weight and just make you fat? or is it just somethin thats a bit stronger than protein?

    I used it a few years ago, from what I remember it just contains Whey Protein, Creatine and possibly l-Glutamine plus some other smaller amounts of other stuff.

    It's the same as any other supplement, if your diet is good and your training hard you will get good results....you haven't mentioned anything about goals so I'm assuming you want to put on muscle?!

    It's just a supplement use to get more protein and creatine into your diet. It's pretty expensive for what you get, you should check out myprotein.co.uk instead you can get the same stuff much cheaper!
