    Well folks I was some people could give me some help coming up with a nutrition plan to lose weight.... Fast.

    I train daily in the gym, basically I do about 6&1/2k daily on the treadmill every lunchtime in 30mins for the last year or so. Training for a year before that also. I can push myself to a 10k on the treadmill every now and again so my fitness isn't in an issue, but lately iv been putting on the pounds due to me quitting smoking a few weeks ago.

    I'm 31 years old, male and now 175lbs. I have put up 6lbs in the last few weeks and I'm going in holiday in 9 days and I really need to lose it.

    I'll put my hands up and admit, my diet is 100% the issue. I eat ok during the day, a cereal for brekkie, tin of tuna or an apple at break, fish or chicken at lunch with brown bread and a normal family dinners every night. But I am fond of Indians, chips, pints etc especially at the weekend.

    I was just people could give me or suggestions some daily diets I can stick at to lose the weight, I have no problem grafting in the gym to help the weight lose,but I do need results and I really don't understand nutrition at all. Hope you can help.
