    Hi all,
quick question, anyone know if there are all female bootcamps or fitness classes in the dublin city centre area? I'm looking to lose a couple of stone, and I would be very unfit. Am very self-conscious about this, and I think a friendly, all-female environment would really help me on my way.
If anyone has any information that would be great! Thanks!

    Hi

If you're anywhere near the D8 area take a look at the classes in D8 Fitness (opposite the Brazen Head pub). They do ladies only kettlebell classes and ladies only TRX classes.

The timetable is online at - www.d8fitness.com/timetable/

I do classes there, we're a friendly enough bunch! :)
