    Hi there! Just hoping someone can give me some advice on how to code and reverse code an excel file.

    Basically I will have a set of data in which each column represents a question.

    Column B -Question 1
    Column C - Question 2
    Column D - Question 3

    etc etc

    My problem is that while question 1 and 2 will be coded by;
    Agree = 1.....Disagree = 5

    Question 3 will be the opposite
    Agree = 5.....Disagree = 1

    If anyone can explain (as simply as possible, I am a total newbie :D) how I would code these, I would REALLY appreciate it?

    The questionnaire is likely to have 150+ questions and I dont think doing find and replace 5 times per column will work out too well!

    Thanks in advance! :)
