    Incomplete question is incomplete.

How heavy are you? What are your goals, Build muscle, lose weight? etc..etc..

Do you play sports? what's your current diet like?

This is relative. A diet could seem healthy to someone who usually eats a ton of junk, but be obviously not up to scratch to someone more knowledgeable on the subject. 'Pretty healthy' is great, I assume you've cut down the junk and you're not going to die of obesity any time soon - so that's great. You're most likely maintaining your weight and not rocketing towards a heart attack - that's great too. But you want more, so you need to work at it more.

What do you eat? When do you eat it? Why do you eat it?

You don't eat meat - why? Moral reasons? Fine. You just don't like it? That's fine too. Next question though...what are you going to eat instead? What have you done to compensate? At 16 I'm guessing your veggie diet is basically a fcukload of potatoes and pasta. If not, kudos. If so, start googling. Look up recipe sites, find out where you can get the protein you're missing. Look into protein shakes - they're a godsend for veggies. This isn't an attack, I've been a veggie for 17 years, I've nothing against it - but if you're going to do it, do it right.

You're doing Taekwondo - great. What does the training involve? I haven't a clue. Do you do warm ups etc.? Circuits? Is it aerobic or is it more technical? Is it both? What do you get from it? Do you enjoy it? What can you do to get better at it?

You need to ask yourself all of those Qs and when you do, you'll be halfways to answering your own post.

None of your posts on this thread are more than a couple of lines. If you expect others to give you their time and experience you might start by providing more detail on your physique, goals, current diet, efforts to ammend and improve all of the above.

For what it worth vegetarian food, with the appropriate ammount of care can be as nutritious as anything containing meat. Try bbc.co.uk/food for a weatlh of recipes.

Nobody will help you like you'll be able to help yourself. I'd also suggest visting amazon and looking for books on vegetarian diet and exercise.

    Best of luck.
