    If you are unfit....anything would be good.

    If you enjoy kettlebell work than that is as good an option as any other.

    I'd head along to a local reputable class or trainer to get your technique down. Once that's sorted you can fire ahead from home, throw in some bodyweight exercises too and you're away.

    It's entirely possible of course to learn from YouTube videos etc. but what people think they're doing and are actually doing are often 2 different things.
