I've been weight-training pretty much on my own for the last 2-3 years, the odd p.t session to get a new programme but largely "self-taught" (or not as the case may be)...I'd love to get some coaching on how to lift with better form and work on mobility etc but funds are very limited and it's hard to match my cheapy Carlisle membership :o
I'm based in D12/14...any ideas of places/people to look at?

p.s in my big news I did my first ever chin-up today :D

If you say you're funds are tight, why not look online for programmes.

    Check out bodybuilding.com for exercises.

Use youtube to your advantage to check experienced lifters for form checks etc.

Save yourself the money on the personal trainers.
