Keep an eye on both the Facebook and twitter page for Irish Rail which usually has most of the codes that get posted here.

Asking for codes is pointless. People aren't holding them back until you ask. If anyone has a code they'll post them. Subscribe to the thread and hope for a code soon. It's annoying getting notifications when it's only people asking.

I'll be posting any future discounts I find on twitter under #IrishRailDiscount. I'd encourage everyone else to do the same.

Also, an easy way to check if a discount code is valid without going through the whole ticket booking procedure first is to add the discount code to the end of the following URL and paste it into your browsers address bar. It will return the percentage discount that the code entitles you to.

Apparently there is a 10% discount available when you sign up for the irish rail newsletter. I've signed up in the last 10 minutes but haven't receive anything yet.

It was mentioned in the other irish rail codes thread, that the code should be sent out next week.
