windows 8- microsoft office trouble?????

hi, last week I upgraded to windows 8 from windows vista. when I got my laptop first I had bought the 2008 Microsoft office. but after I upgraded its no where to be found on my laptop. will I have to buy it again? or can it be restored from the old OS. any help or ideas would be great. I am really in need of word and…
