iTunes problem

Asking this on behalf of my dad - The problem he is encountering is that when he moves from WiFi network to WiFi network, he cannot connect to the iTunes store, despite everything else connecting. He is running Windows Vista (Service Pack 1) and the latest version of iTunes (10.7.0.21 - I think). Any ideas?
