Do these things really work? I see the attraction for the lazy git walking into the gym and thinking they are getting a workout. But really?

Sorry OP, wasn't intending to suggest you were a lazy git. :)

I don't know too much about them but my mother bought one last year and now never uses and doesn't want it so if anyone is willing to collect it in County Galway for a small sum, they are welcome to it. I alays see someone on the Vibroplate in my gym whenever I am there which would be at least twice weekly.

I've used one before and found it great. It doesn't take the place of diet and exercise but when used together you can see amazing results. It's really good for toning and as a coeliac it also help with bone density (what they use it for at NASA). I would love to buy one but as I rent in a shared house I don't have room for it.
