How many Vit Supplements is too many....

Hey, advice required please. I take the following concoction of vitamin supplements every day. Wondering is this too many, although they're all for specific problems I have:

    Cranberry tablet (for UTI prevention)
Vit B Complex (as per doctor's instructions for dry skin problem)
Vit B6 + Evening Primrose Oil (regulate female hormones highs & lows!)
    Flaxseed Oil (for Omega 3 + 6)
    L-Lysine (coldsores, chapped lips issue)
    Centrum Multi Vits

Ok, I think that's it. Am I taking too many / wrong combinations? I'm curious to know. I've heard before that taking some of these in high doses doesn't matter as they excess will be expelled in urine.

Any information would greatly help. Thank you, pips

"overdose of vitamins" will be washed away with your urine, the point of products including them (pills) is when you have not enough natural suplements. I would drop centrum multi and cranbery at least, but thats only me. consume more fruits.
make sure you are having enough water during the day.

Ed - thats what i think its all about.

This is incorrect in general, many vitamins do have side effects from overdose, including Vitamin B6.

If you are taking Vitamin B6 on your doctor's instructions then you need to ask your doctor.

    Thanks for the replies guys!

I'd like to keep taking the Cranberry as I'm prone to UTI's and I find taking the tablets is better than drinking sugary cranberry juice. Maybe I'll ditch the Centrum once I've finished this tub of them!
