Update: My Dad came home about 20 minutes ago with a brand new 16gb Nexus 7 B-) He can now confirm that there are non left in the Carlow store with the last quantity being sold this morning. My only gripe is no play store credit for us Irish! ;(

You're right to post anyway, it sets a base price for this item. A price that everyone now knows it can (or could) be bought for.

Always the same with Argos, 90% of everything they have showing as half priced or heavily discounted is never available in any store, sales gimmick if you ask me just to get people looking at other products that might be similar but more expensive.

Fair Play for the shout anyway.

Well apparently the Carlow store has some in the back although it isn't on the website. I'll ask my Da when he comes home whether there are any left. He definitely has one for me anyway cos if not... there's gonna be murder xD

Guys, i managed to get one at this price in PC World which still had stock of the 16GB model and were willing to do a price match with Argos. This was in Liffey Vally but if other PC worlds still have the 16GB models available tomorrow I am sure other stores would also do this.

Unfortunately not, as far as I am aware Argos is all sold out you can however go to your local Curry's and ask them to do a price match with Argos. Curry's seem to have a few 16GB in stock.

It may have been CDiscount. But if they did it'll be back, Unfortunately I don't think CDiscount post here anymore.

Interestingly enough the the stock level of a Nexus 7 has been checked 2350 times since September. It would be nice to compare to an ipad, but there is about 40 different product codes for different versions
