    So I started a few months ago, I'm broke so haven't the money to get new or any equipment.

    I only have 2 Dumbbells.

    I usually do sets of.

    Basic Dumbbell Curl
    Bent Over Row
    Hammer Curl
    Some other bent over thing :rolleyes:
    Triceps' Dips
    Pull Up Push Ups

    I haven't a clue, but just doing that for 2 days on one day off, I have seen some real gains in size and strength.


    I eat right all the time.

    Just looking if someone could actually give me some more exercises to do with the dumbbells or even a little plan.

    I read things and look at webpages but I just have no clue, I need a set plan and have no idea what would work best.

    There's loads of body weight training you could do.

    A lot of your work out is just upper body and I don't see anything working the shoulders so you can do overhead press or frontal and lateral raises.

    Squats and lunges will work the legs.

    Leg raises/leg drops, ab crunches, plank and side plank will work on your core.

    Sorry yeah I do lower body too but they are the easy ones, its just hard finding upper body with just the dumbbells with no bench. Wanna start adding the shoulder and chest into it, so ill look them up cheers.

    Go and try pistol squats and tell me it's easy. If its easy do them with the drumbell in your hand.

    You could do handstand push ups, back bridges, 1 leg dead lifts, sissy squats, shrimp squats, lever work, L sits etc etc. all of these exercises have variations to make it harder or easier or work different muscles. Even your press ups can be done to work more on shoulders. Keep your elbows in as tight as possible so their rubbing off your sides and press in the planche position.
