Windows 8 emails

    Hi,

    I upgraded from windows vista to windows 8 on the home pc. It had Outlook express on it, but now that it has been upgraded I can't see how to get it open again. I've downloaded thunderbird, but can anyone advise how to import the old email settings, email and contacts? I assume they must be saved on the drive somewhere. Thanks
