    Lads,

Anyone else every suffer from almost DOM like pains in the hands after lifting ?

All this week my hands are killing me after my WO's. It's not a skin issue that gloves might cure but its as if I have pulled the muscles in my palms ?

could be just another ailment I have invented though.
    Ta
    Rob

Could be lots of things. Mine were in a heap for weeks. Taken a week off and they're all better. Suggest you try the same.

Try using lifting straps for big lifts, only pulling movements though, deadlifts, rows, lat pulldowns and the like. My forearms and grip strength can falter on lifts like that. Straps take the pressure of the hands, isolate the target muscle/s and allow for failure due to muscle fatigue and not hand pain.
