Training for food intolerance testing?

    Anyone know where one can do training in food intolerance training preferably via distance or in limerick area but all would be considered ???

    There's no good blood tests for intolerances unfortunately, as in the one's currently available are not accurate at all. The only way to test for intolerances is through an elimination diet. The good news is that it's free!

    Just keep a food diary along with a symptom diary, then eliminate the foods you suspect is causing you an issue for at least a month. Re-introduce one at a time and diary symptoms.
