    I'm currently just under 14stone and am not sure what to do really.
    I initially wanted to reach around 15 and a half stone, but now I'm thinking of cutting.

    I'm going to give up everything except football, and concentrate on the gym again. I might get back into MMA after Christmas too.

    I've attached a picture of my current build. I still look small enough because I'm a little over 6"2.

    Anyway, any suggestions.

    I say bulk a little more then cut after Xmas when its warmer.

    The pixalated groin is quite disturbing.


    You're fairly lean, why not clean bulk. Set a bf% that you don't want to above and eat a 5-700 calorie surplus. Drop the cals when you hit your bf limit, loose the fat and repeat.

    Or eat everything in sight between now and March and cut in Spring.

    I've never been great for calorie counting. Would eating everything till March be too risky. It sounds like fun! I've kept meaning to buy a body fat calipers for a while also.
    At the moment during weekdays I'm practically eating the same thing every single week day.
    Porridge
    soup
    2 bananas
    2 mixed Salads with chicken
    3 small fillet steaks with brochilli, carrots and other veg. Sometimes chips:(
    Cottage Cheese mixed with fruit (2 oranges and a banana)

    The weekends is when I go off the road and have too many pints and not enough food. I have no appetite when I drink unfortunately.

    I also have a protein shake when I get back from the gym mixed with 3 eggs. I take BCAAs too.
    The only thing is I haven't been getting to the gym much because of training.
    Tomorrow is when I'll start back :)

    Should I try just eat everything in sight till Spring then do you reckon. I know my carbs, proteins and fats and don't really have much of an appetite for ****ty food so this could be a good way to bulk. My usual problem is that I don't get enough carbs! I get enough protein already though.

    Seriously though, I think I'm going to give the eat everything in sight thing a go. I actually eat an awful lot already. I'm aiming for 15 1/2 stone.
    I must be a damn ectomorph or something. I've been this weight for a long time and I've been eating my eggs and protein for quite a while. I think I need more carbs!

    Have you tried drinking some of your calories?

    Grab some sort of weigh gainer like Kinetica Oat Gain. Now only do this if you can't get any more solid calories in.

    Though looking at your diet, you could just add some starch to the lunch meals. White rice or sweet potato could easily be added.
