Acetrax hangs at payment check screen.

I've had my Panasonic GT30B for about a year now and signed up for Acetrax account. Problem is when I attempt to rent a movie the *Payment checking* screen just hangs. I've got credit in the account. I've done the speed test and all fine. Any ideas please?
