Cleaning Camera

I've had a small dot on my lens/camera for the past few months, i've taken it apart and cleaned it the best I can but all I seem to be doing is moving dust/dirt around into a new location. My clumsy fingers seem to be doing more damage then good, Is there somewhere in Dublin i can get it cleaned cheapish? Its a canon SLR…
