Help losing weight for teens

    Hi I'm 15 and me and my mum feel I need to lose a bit of weight and we are wondering what to do. I am active I do sports 5/6 times a week including running, cycling and yoga. I also am a vegetarian and I don't take milk or eggs, some say vegan. So I eat healthily but I can't seem to lose any weight, any help? Mayve someone i should vIsit, a group/ website or thing I should try, even a plan

    Just because you are a vegetarian doesn't mean you eat healthily.

    As you are quite active , it's probably your diet that has you overweight ( if you are, you may not be!)

    Good quality meat and eggs are extremely healthy btw.

    I'm 5ft 7, 70kg but I do stress about it has made me really low at times and I just want to find a HEALTHY way to fix it. I just want to lose 1 dress size (done to a uk10) because that's what I used to be

    i know me being a vegetarian does necessarily make me healthy but what i ment was i eat healthily and i am a vegetarian, i have nothing against those of you who want to eat meat but its my personal desision, but i dont really want to get into that, just help on weight loss :) thanks

    You can track calories as well as carbs fat and protein. I'm vegetarian too so I use it to make sure my protein levels are ok. I eat a lot of chick peas, soya mince, eggs, beans and quinoa :)
