Post up your typical daily diet, your answer will most likely be in there!

    ok for example:

BREAKFAST: porridge with 1 cup of soya milk and 1/2 cup of oats OR tofu scramble with mushrooms(200 calories)

(SNACK:) only sometimes would i have a small bag of popcorn or some fruit as a snack at break in school

LUNCH: whatever i can get in school at salad bar, usually 1 cup of soup and some iceberg lettuce with some raw peppers, beans, cucumber and tomatoes (but really very little salad because its not nice or good quality salad)

DINNER: wholemeal pasta with bean and tomato sauce OR nut roast with sauted OR steamed vegetables or brown rice with ratatouille OR some sort of a vegetarian dish with lots of spice and noodles.

with all of this i would drink ONLY water unless i realise i havent had much protein for the day, then i would have a small glass of milk. In one day i would drink at least 2 litres of water, usually 3 though. Finally on sundays i would have a desert of fruit crumble or a pie made with wholegrain products but that would always be in place of a supper/tea because i eat that around 3/4 in the afternoon after a late breakfast at about 10 after my long cycle.
I also then do 1 hour at least of exercise 6 nights a week. on the weekends usually more. Thanks

I don't think it's humanly possible to be overweight on that diet with training 5/6 times a week. What's your weight/height?

i dont believe your diet is like that all the time tbh, also, its pretty high in carbs.

Proportionally it's high in carbs, realistically it's high in Feck all! There is noway that's your average diet, you're training 5/6 days a week & struggling with your weight!!
