Can you say what you have tried so far to build muscle that makes you want a gainer? maybe post a full days food, your age weight height etc

Haven't used it in a couple of years but it did always help me gain weight, however you need to get your diet set up first as supplements are only to help with your diet and by no means a replacement for proper eating.

It probably will help but 90% of your gains will come from your diet/ training.

Get a gym instructor to make sure your lifting technique is good.
Start a simple progressive program such as 5x5 (google it)
Get your diet sorted so you are eating lots of protein.
    Drink lots of milk.
Don't waste your money on supplements you don't need.

This is good advice but most gym instructors don't have a clue about compound lifts! You'd be safer shelling out for a competent PT who specialises in the big lifts! Mass gainers (Protein powder is a better option...less filler crap but anyway) are often a cheaper alternative to buying 4 litres of milk a day!

Yeah it's great, I've been taking it twice a day (after the gym and right before bed) for the past 3 months and it's working. That's along with gym time and proper nutrition though.

Just ordered a bag of it today actually, 5.5kg for €50 is great compared to other stuff you ger for the same price that only has 2kg in it.
