im losing my mind. mad depressed these days and world looks different to me now. dyin off now....

is it darker these days? or is the darkness in me...maybe im the worlds darkest soul at the moment. cos of whats goin on inside my head now..

was there tryin to sleep just starin at the sealing and thinking of how tired i was during the day and now i am wide awake. couldnt be more awake. but ill be tired all tomorrow. i have a antique huntin knife from my uncle in my room...first time i ever thought of usin it...on myself. i would never do it, but i was thinkin about it which is dark enough anyway. feel like im like a zombie or a vampire or somethin, just dark...

and not drunk.

As someone who's been there with what you are thinking and possibly planning on doing, I strongly recommend you speak to someone about this. Doesn't matter who as long as you trust them.

Things are obviously very dark for you at the moment, but things can get better! Wish you all the best.

I suffer with depression and one that always helps me see clearer is a run at 2am. Sounds crazy but if its raining its even better.

You may think no one cares Internet Hero, but you're wrong. If a bunch of anonymous people on the care about how you're thinking, think about how your family and friends would think if your in this kind of despair?

Just wait things out before you think of doing anything, and call the number given in this thread.

internet hero your not going to anything and you know your not pal,, your looking to hurt your self alright but not finish yourself off lets be honest friend,, i know what your going through and i also know its an ex that has you down, your lonely i understand but you dont need a load of us begging you not to do anything because that feeds the depression you do need to call that number though, depression is anger turned in so forgive your self or anybody that hurt you and trust me things will become bright again my friend,, your in my prayers buddy:):):)
