    Wondering if anyone can help
At the end of my tether with htc ...
I recently upgraded to HTC with the ICS RUU
It works great as it happens
The snag is that Flashplayer doesnt work
they suggested uninstalling FP and reinstalling from the SD
I cant fully uninstall but uninstalled the updates and reloaded
    no joy....
    Any ideas?

No ideas but would love to know which method you used to root Desire S - esp with version 2.0 hboot?

I have ICS on my desire s and flash is working fine. Try enabling it in the browser. BTW flash isn't available in the play store anymore, you need to find it elsewhere. The adobe site still has it...
