Desktop icons not displaying properly

    I am using Windows Vista and a few days ago the appearance of my desktop icons changed. The attachment shows what they now look like. I can still run the programs by clicking the icons. I have tried several system restores to different dates but still can't fix them. Anybody got ideas?
