Food supplements

I'm at my wits end at the moment with food. Cant eat anything without vomiting (intentionally) so am thinking of just sticking to food supplements for a while until I get back on track.

Question though- I've googled this and had mixed reviews-

is it ok to add ensure to coffee? or would the heat kill the nutrients? would freezing it be ok either?

I need to find some way to sneak it in to me because if I drink it normally it'll freak me out and it'll just end up down the toilet!!

Also- The sugar content of ensure seems unnecessarily high. Are there any other better supplements out there? the gp also offers fortecreme puddings but they're really sweet too.

Please please please go to your doctor. Random people on the internet are not the best people to go to with this problem.
