    Hi

Am in the process of giving up smoking (again) and I've found that since I've been using nicotine patches, I'm having extremely vivid dreams.

Has anyone heard of this before? I actually love it - some of the dreams have been brilliant!

Yes it's pretty common although you're actually really lucky you can sleep while still wearing a patch as they can cause chronic insomnia! I remember when I used them before when trying to quit (unsuccessfully) and my dreams were crrrrrazy! Good luck with the quitting, I've been off them three years now - it's a hard slog but worth it :)
